How will I get paid?

• You can select how you want to receive your credit; cash (either through Venmo or an old-school check), a Visa or American Express gift card, or a donation to the charity of your choice.

How soon will I get paid?

• Payment is made to you within 7 business days of the referral making their deposit.

How many referrals can I make?

• There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make. You will receive payment for all referrals who sign up for one of our coaching packages (3-month, 6-month, 12-month, or Advisory) or Pre-hire Executive Assessment with a minimum of 2 candidates.

What counts as a referral?

• A referral counts when a personal introduction is made to a new contact who is not currently a client of INDx Talent Solutions. Personal introductions can be made via email, text, private message via LinkedIn, or by clicking the “Referral for You” button below.
